Ain’t Dead Yet—Celebrate Life Out Loud
We turn joy, connection, and community rituals into proven practices that support mental and emotional well-being for people living with illness—and for anyone navigating life’s hard moments.
Joyful Practices
We’re turning joy into medicine: research shows that meaningful connections and positive practices reduce depression risk by 47% and increases longevity.
Thrivership
We exist to help people move beyond survivorship. Through joy, celebration, and real human connection, we help people facing cancer, chronic illness, or change move beyond survival and truly thrive.

Our Mission
ADY Life Center nonprofit exists to help people living with cancer and chronic illness move beyond survival. Through joy, celebration, and evidence-based community practices, we support mental health, resilience, and real human connection—so life can be lived fully, not put on hold.
What Your Gift Makes Possible
Your donation funds joy-centered, evidence-based community programs that support mental and emotional well-being for people living with cancer, chronic illness, and major life transitions. Gifts help create peer groups, shared rituals, celebration experiences, and research-backed practices that reduce isolation, build resilience, and remind people they’re still here—and still living.

Current Initiatives & Projects

Celebration & Ritual Programs
From survivor parades to shared moments of joy, these programs create intentional rituals that remind people life continues. Grounded in evidence-based practices, celebration becomes a tool for resilience, not an escape from reality.
Goal: $75,000

Joy Krewes
Small, facilitated groups where people living with cancer, chronic illness, or major loss come together for connection, reflection, and shared joy. These circles reduce isolation, support mental and emotional well-being, and help participants feel less alone in what they’re carrying.
Goal: $50,000

Research & Education
We invest in education, evaluation, and research that deepen understanding of how joy, connection, and community impact mental health. This work ensures our programs are effective, inclusive, and grounded in science—not slogans.
Goal: $100,000
